additive boasts high performance even in thinner PC films or sheets while being easy to process.

An infrared absorbing additive masterbatch enables PC to be used to keep temperatures lower in the production of protective film or sheet for automotive and residential application

Formulated with a stable dispersion of the active particles to eliminate the tendency to agglomerate. The particles are loaded at 5% in the PC masterbatch, which is said to provide great processability and to ensure the production of a significantly thinner PC film or sheet, compared to competing solutions. The new additive is said to deliver excellent performance, anabling manufacturers to achieve high IR absorbance, even with thinner films or sheets.

Application:

It is used to develop films or sheets, that has functions of heat insulation, anti-infrared and anti-ultraviolet, such as solar window films, PC sunlight sheets, agricultural film, or other fields that has the requirement of anti-infrared.

-Solar window film: Through the process of biaxially oriented tensile, BOPET IR film is got, with that heat insulation window film is obtained without coating heat insulation layer;

-PC sunlight sheet: Through co-extrusion process, energy-saving heat insulation sheet is made easily.

-Agricultural greenhouse film: Through co-extrusion process, heat insulation and anti-UV greenhouse film is produced, with that vegetables output is increased significantly by reducing transpiration of the plant.
